Choco Cake...
Chocolate Cake... made with wheat flour(you can't really tell, though!) & dusted with powdered sugar.
Recipe Source: Sonali! :)
Karjikai...
Karjikai - a mixture of freshly grated coconut, sesame seeds and sugar in jackets and deep fried. In the pik - WIP & the finished product... yet another holiday treat that mom usually makes :)
Ganesh Chathurthi
Made modaks & 2 Coorg festive delicacies. The worse half was punished with an hour of 'no TV remote' for not helping! ;)
See the Vibhuti in the pik? Was flicked from Vishu! ;)
Banana Cake...
... n Tims could have just a couple of pieces 'coz of his medicals. No guesses for who devoured 'em all!! ;)
